上海東和是由日本大晃株式會(huì)社投資,成立于1998年,從事研發(fā)中小型挖掘機(jī)的金屬履帶。1999年正式投產(chǎn),供應(yīng)給日本、新加坡、美國、英國、意大利等用戶,并供給國內(nèi)小挖掘機(jī)廠采用。
由于履帶板的生產(chǎn)量在國內(nèi)還是有限,所以本公司集中高端技術(shù)和引進(jìn)專業(yè)研發(fā)人員,開發(fā)多型板材,使履帶產(chǎn)量加速增長,再加之不斷開發(fā)新機(jī)型,而今已成為一系列中小型挖掘機(jī)履帶的生產(chǎn)廠家。
本公司鑒于未來的發(fā)展需要,以納并上海耐可機(jī)械有限公司、上海麥杰減振橡膠有限公司,上海湖工鍛造有限公司,并投資熱模精鍛機(jī)2000T, 1000T設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線,一條投入從事履帶的鍛件生產(chǎn),另一條采用德國先進(jìn)模式平鍛機(jī)技術(shù)、專項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)各類挖掘機(jī)斗齒。為達(dá)到高水準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn),謀求高品質(zhì)市場,成為上規(guī)模企業(yè),公司已在江蘇常州新建了16000㎡廠房,年產(chǎn)量30000噸履帶板的“常州歐愛歐履帶有限公司” ,項(xiàng)目年內(nèi)完工投產(chǎn)。
Shanghai Donghe was established in 1998and was invested by JAPAN DAIKO CO., Ltd.which producing steel track group formini-excavators. In 1999, Donghe officiallylaunched its 1st production line and ourproducts are mainly exported to EUROPE,JAPAN, KOREA, SOUTH-EASTASIA, NORTH-AMERICA and many othercountries. Apart from that, Donghe supplies toOEM manufacturers in Mainland CHINA.
In order to increase our productioncapacity, Donghe invested much on R&D fordeveloping new products to meet the marketdemand and as a result, we have a complete.production line for steel track groups for mid.and mini excavators.
Anticipating future demands, Donghemerged Shanghai Naiko Machinery CO., Ltd,Shanghai MagicRubber Co.,Ltd andShanghai Hugong Forge Co.,Ltd and investedin precision forging press lines, 2000T &1000T, one for track links and the other forbucket teeth.
In order to match the growth of theever-improving market, Donghe investedUSD4 milion in Jiangsu Changzhou plant,named Changzhou OlO Track Co., Ltd forenhanced production with the expectedannual production around 30,000 ton.
